I just wanted to say a sincere thank you to all the family, friends and neighbours who took the time to help me celebrate my 95th birthday. It was so lovely to see all your smiling faces and hear your best wishes, and fun to catch up with some of you, as well. I will be smiling for a long time as I remember this fabulous occasion. On behalf of Martha Scheers the family would like to extend gratitude to all for the 100th birthday wishes expressed to our Mother through an overwhelming amount of cards, letters, flowers and gifts she received. Despite a 'covid lockdown' the Delhi Nursing Home and caregivers provided a mini celebration along with help from 40+ family members singing a birthday rendition from the DNH parking lot. Her smile along with that twinkle in her eye was priceless!
